新聞與大眾傳播學程的前身為大眾傳播學群，自民國95年起改制為新聞與大眾傳播學位學程(簡稱本學程)，隸屬於本校國際學院。本學程主要特色包括：

一、全英語授課及學習環境

本學程是全台灣第一所以全英語教學之傳播學士班。除了提供全英語學習環境外，在課程內容設計、師資來源、實習機構及未來就業等面向皆實踐傳播全球化的理念。

二、課程內容全球化

本學程授課以講授及實作並重為原則，增強學生的組織力、表達力及專業實作技能。另外在課程設計上，不僅分析台灣個案，更以全球或區域的傳播發展為授課內容，融入跨國文化交流及互動，增進學生對國際事務之認知與了解，提升學生的全球視野。

三、全球就業與國際移動能力

本學程學生在大學期間除了全英文的專業學習環境外，更有機會到其他國家交換學習，提升未來的全球就業力與移動力。
